Terms and Conditions – ZeroSecond Online Gaming Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZeroSecond platform – whether through the website at zerosecond.win, any associated mobile interface, or any other channel through which ZeroSecond makes its services available – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all users of ZeroSecond including registered account holders, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and anyone accessing any content, game, or service provided through the platform. If you are using ZeroSecond on behalf of another person, you confirm you have that person's authority and that both you and that person are bound by these terms.

2Eligibility

To use ZeroSecond's services you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZeroSecond does not permit minors to register accounts, use any platform services, or participate in any games or betting markets.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted without express written agreement with ZeroSecond.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ZeroSecond. Creating duplicate accounts – whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZeroSecond account login credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ZeroSecond will treat any activity carried out under your account credentials as having been authorised by you, and you accept responsibility for all such activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ZeroSecond support immediately. ZeroSecond will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account. However, ZeroSecond cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4Deposits & Payments

ZeroSecond processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of your account.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts – accounts belonging to another person – are not permitted. Where ZeroSecond identifies a third-party deposit, the deposited amount may be returned and the relevant account reviewed.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your ZeroSecond account.
• Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• ZeroSecond does not charge a fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside ZeroSecond's control.
• Deposited funds held in your ZeroSecond account are not interest-bearing.

ZeroSecond reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for significant deposits or where there is any reason to believe that deposited funds may be derived from unlawful activity. Accounts under such review may have withdrawal functionality temporarily restricted until the review is complete.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. ZeroSecond does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not associated with your registered account.

Before any withdrawal is processed, ZeroSecond may require identity verification including a copy of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of your registered payment method. This is a standard security procedure and does not imply any suspicion on the part of ZeroSecond.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. Current limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• Bonus balance is subject to wagering requirements before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balance deposited directly by you is not subject to wagering requirements unless it has been used to trigger a bonus.
• ZeroSecond aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method and may vary.
• ZeroSecond reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for the purpose of security checks, identity verification, or fraud prevention investigations.

6Bonuses & Promotions

ZeroSecond offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome deposit matches, free spins on slot games, cashback, and event-tied promotions for cricket and other sports. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer on the Promotions page.

General bonus terms that apply across all ZeroSecond promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance. They must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a PKR 500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited at expiry. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• ZeroSecond reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after being credited, the bonus amount will be removed from the player's balance. Real-money balance deposited to meet a bonus trigger will not be affected.
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus offer is a breach of these terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and suspension of the account.

7Sports Betting Rules

The ZeroSecond sports betting section covers cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and global tournaments, as well as football, esports, and other sports markets. By placing a bet on ZeroSecond you agree to the following:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered except where ZeroSecond's in-play cash-out feature is available and you choose to use it.
• ZeroSecond reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to ZeroSecond's event-specific rules. For cricket matches, if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at ZeroSecond's discretion, including during natural breaks in play, significant in-game events, or due to data feed issues.
• ZeroSecond's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport. Current limits are displayed in the sports betting section of your account.

8Slot & Game Rules

All slot games, fish games, and other titles available on ZeroSecond are provided by third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage. ZeroSecond displays the RTP and volatility rating for all slot titles so that players can make informed decisions before wagering.

• All games on ZeroSecond use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness. ZeroSecond does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to your account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction will not be paid out.
• Game results that have been confirmed and credited to your account cannot be reversed, except where ZeroSecond identifies a technical error that resulted in an incorrect payout.
• Fish game sessions and arcade-style titles operate on a credit system. Winnings are credited to your PKR balance upon session completion according to the game's published payout structure.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. ZeroSecond reserves the right to withhold a jackpot payment for up to 72 hours for verification purposes.

9Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZeroSecond. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using ZeroSecond to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from unlawful activity, or to conduct any form of financial fraud.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using coordinated accounts to generate artificial wagering volume, or exploiting any technical loophole in a promotion.
• Match fixing and collusion: Placing bets with advance knowledge of a fixed outcome, colluding with other players to manipulate game results, or engaging in any form of organised cheating.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for genuine human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes for deposits that were legitimately used on the platform. ZeroSecond will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue recovery of funds.
• Underage use: Providing false information to register an account as an underage individual, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
• Third-party account use: Allowing another person to operate your account, or operating an account registered to another person.

10Account Suspension & Termination

ZeroSecond reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include – but are not limited to – a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity over an extended period.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ZeroSecond will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder. During a suspension, the account holder may not be able to deposit, withdraw, or access their balance.

You may close your own ZeroSecond account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, any qualifying real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11Responsible Gaming

ZeroSecond takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity in a way that stays within their personal limits. These tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time from the account settings section.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum on how much you deposit into your ZeroSecond account in PKR.

• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period before your account automatically restricts further play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a voluntary self-exclusion period ranging from a short break to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or receive any promotional communications.

13Limitation of Liability

• ZeroSecond is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or from any temporary unavailability of the platform.
• ZeroSecond is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• ZeroSecond's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in these terms limits ZeroSecond's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14Changes to Terms

ZeroSecond may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ZeroSecond will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active account holders via the contact details registered to their account.
