No. Each person is allowed only one ZeroSecond account. Operating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and can result in all linked accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you think you accidentally registered twice, contact support before attempting to use either account — they can merge or close the duplicate safely.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section. You can update your display name and some personal details there. For sensitive changes like your registered mobile number, you will need to contact support and complete a brief identity verification. This extra step exists to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

Accounts can be temporarily locked after several failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15–30 minutes and try again. If the account remains locked, use the Forgot Password option to reset your credentials. If you believe the lock was triggered by suspicious activity that was not you, contact support immediately so they can investigate and secure your account.

Standard bank transfers can take between a few minutes and a few hours depending on your bank. With live betting, odds update ball by ball as the match progresses. You can bet on things like the result of the next over, who will take the next wicket, or which team will score the most runs in a session — all while the match is going on. If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result, bets are generally voided and stakes are returned to your account. If a D/L method result is declared, that counts as the official result and settled bets stand. For PSL and international matches, we follow ICC standard rules. The minimum single bet stake is PKR 50 on most sports markets. Accumulator and special markets may have different minimums shown directly on the bet slip.
